5 Elements of Holistic Wellness:
1. Physical Wellness
When you think of wellness you are most likely thinking of physical wellness. Keeping your body healthy and strong through activity, nutrition and rest is the key to physical wellness.

2. Mental Wellness
Mental wellness involves achieving a state of mind in which you are content and able to cope with stress in a healthy way. Mental (or emotional) wellness plays a significant role in our lives and can often be overlooked.
